Pinned topic IBM x3550 - uxspi problem

‏2013-01-29T21:19:07Z |
Hi

I'm hoping someone could shed some light on one issue we are having with one of our IBM x3550 M3 server.
The UXSPI package will not execute corectly.
I tried CLI version.

After running "uxspi930_64_cli.exe ac".
The CLI version throws "Error happens when copying eccBase.properties to logDir." and then just ends.

What is up with that?
I execute the exe-file as admin.

Any help is very much appreciated.

    Hiya,

Try taking the OS out of the equation and use BoMC .. http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/docdisplay?lndocid=TOOL-BOMC

    Hi

Thanks for the reply, I was hoping not to take the server down as I do not have physical access to it.

If I unpack the image.zip there are alot of files, which file should be executed to start the ToolsCenter?

You don't need all of the tools-center software, just follow the link I posted above and it will take you to the Bootable Media Creator download.
