Can somebody, please help me. How can I implement the following:
An SR has a related ticket (change):
when the change gets the Status 'Resolved', then the Status of SR should too automatically get the status 'RESOLVED.

Re: Resolve SR from wochange2013-02-06T09:35:31Z in response to wikinIf the SR is the originator of the change, you can do this trough a simple setvalue-action for wochange. Param/Attribut: ORIGTICKET.status Value: 'RESOLVED'
Either trigger it trougt the Change-Workflow or create an escalation.
