Hello,

Can somebody, please help me. How can I implement the following:

An SR has a related ticket (change):

when the change gets the Status 'Resolved', then the Status of SR should too automatically get the status 'RESOLVED.

    If the SR is the originator of the change, you can do this trough a simple setvalue-action for wochange. Param/Attribut: ORIGTICKET.status Value: 'RESOLVED'

    Either trigger it trougt the Change-Workflow or create an escalation.
