Recently, users of FireFox 17 are having issues with certain buttons in the SCE Control Panel not responding.
The (+) Add Service Instance button has been visible but unresponsive, in a few cases.
Please clear your cache, and restart the Browser.
Additionally, if you are provisioning a CLMS instance and it the progress bar takes more than 5 minutes, DO NOT REFRESH the page.
Refreshing the page before you get the notification will cause your instance to fail.
