Pinned topic JSONStore.removeCollection() - expected behaviour?

‏2013-01-24T14:48:54Z |
I have a collection with some documents. I call removeCollection(), then later open a collection with the same name again, it seems all the original documents are still there. Is this the expected behaviour? My store is currently not associated with any adapter.

By still there, do you mean, by use of the JSONStore API?

Are you sure removeCollection() worked? Do you have an onFailure callback? My best guess is that removeCollection was not successful for some reason and the error is not being handled in the application.

    Two more questions:
    • Where did you test this? (Examples: Android 2.2 Emulator, iPhone 4S iOS 6.0)
    • Can you paste the code you use to init the collection?
