Hi Friends,

I am using Cognos 10 Framework manage to create the packages.

Over last few days my tool is not working fine.

Issue:

When try to open or edit the package I am getting an blank white window,but whereas if I close the window and try to edit / test the package I am getting the same blank white window again.

I also tried to reinstall the cognos fm but the issue is not getting resolved.Can you please help me..thanks in advance.

    Since this was working and then suddenly stopped, I would start off by evaluating the scope of the problem.

    Does this happen for a newly created model or all models?

      Hi,

      Thanks all for your response.

      The issue is with all the packages (new & old)...struggling with this issue :(

        Since this used to work and now it affects all packages, it points to an environmental issue.

        Do you know of anything that would have changed on the FM box? Patches, security update? Firewall etc?

        Do you have enough disk space free?
        Have you cleared your broweser cache...(FM uses the IE interface behind the scenes.)

        If you are still stuck for answers try using process monitor on the BMT.exe to determine what is happening on the system during a publish attempt.

          Hi,

          Yes this seems to be an environment issue, when I logged into the server using other account its working fine.

          Some issue with the system account profile.
