In the RDz803/FileMangerDB2 Criteria Editor, how to prevent the unexpectedly conversion of lower case data in the criteria into uppercase characters.
(see attached picture).

I found the setting: even if it is a general setting you will not find it in the Preference menu.
While edit a template for a particular DB2 table: "DB2 Template Editor Options", hit "Options", uncheck "Uppercase input SQL statement". This will become the default for any DB2 table.
