I would like to export a list of existing reports with columns (among others) report name; execution date/time (every day or 3rd Thursday of every month); report author; report recipients; priority; etc...

TIA

It looks as if Motio has a product that should accomplish the above task. Has anyone ever used them?

I double checked. Motio is an authorized IBM retailer. See: https://www-304.ibm.com/partnerworld/wps/bplocator/landing

Motio is not working as I hoped. Any other solutions would be most appreciated.

        TIA.

    Hi,

You might want to have a look at the Sample Audit Reports that come with Cognos Express. They should provide you with a bulk of the information you require. There is a little bit of setup involved is the only thing.

Thx - will take a look at the Audit Reports.

I've been playing with the Motio reports and slowly, but surely, making headway. The one thing they definitely don't have is the time when the report is scheduled. There is a field which displays the schedule (every day, every Monday, every 3rd Wednesday) but not the time.

For the time they have when the report was created (Start Date). Thankfully "Start Date" lines up with the actual run time on every report I've checked but ... using this method is, at best, a good estimate.
