    Hello Ashwani,
Theres not much in the post to investigate the issue, but from the pic, i'm wondering if there was a network problem getting to ibm.com. Can you try again. We just ran the install, for all tools & the ear & it worked fine.

    1) If still fails then we need more info, like we would need every step you took durring the installation.
    2) Did you install using our IM pkg, or did you already have IM & just used our IM URL?
    3) Was IM running as an admin, or a normal user?
    4) Could you have mistype your web identity userid or PW?
    6) Did you pick a local install dir where you have write permission to?
    6) If it fails again can you zip up all xml files in the logs dir that have the current date. Example: C:\ProgramData\IBM\Installation Manager\logs

    Thanks,
    Ricky Holcomb
