Re: Logged out suddenly and lost all configurations.2013-01-15T03:50:48Z in response to MFXX_Srinivasa_ReddyThat firmware is quite old. What specific version of 3.8.0.x do you have? Have you looked at the 3.8.0.x release notes to see what APARs were reported beyond your version?

Re: Logged out suddenly and lost all configurations.2013-01-15T12:41:41Z in response to MFXX_Srinivasa_ReddyHi Srini,
you are on 18.104.22.168 -- but support for 3.8.1 firmware ended on 2012/12/31:
If you/your company has bought extended support, you still have support for that time.
Otherwise you cannot even create a PMR.
So assuming that you do not have bought extended support for 3.8.1 firmware, what can you do?
1) upgrade to the latest 3.8.1 firmware, which is 22.214.171.124.
You should not have been that backlevel, and many APARs have been fixed in the 20 fixpacks after yours.
2) upgrade to a supported firmware release (3.8.2 at least, which has end of service 09/30/2013), better 4.0. or 5.0.0 firmware

Re: Logged out suddenly and lost all configurations.2013-01-16T00:59:53Z in response to MFXX_Srinivasa_ReddyHermann already nailed it but just to give specific apars in 381:
IC78562 AN MQ HANDLER WITHOUT A RESPONSE QUEUE IN A WEB SERVICE PROXY MIGHT CAUSE A RESTART WHEN PROCESSING A MESSAGE
IC77541 MQ FSH MAY RECEIVE INCOMING MQ MESSAGE WITH CERTAIN PROPERTIES THAT CAUSES DATAPOWER TO UNEXPECTEDLY RESTART.
IC74721 CORRUPTED BINARY MESSAGE FROM MQ MIGHT CAUSE DATAPOWER TO RESTART.
IC72932 IF MQ QUEUE MANGER IS RECYCLED AFTER A STALE CONNECTION HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE CONNECTION POOL, A RESTART MIGHT OCCUR
IC73553 WHEN URL-OPEN() EXT FUNCTION CALLS & NON-TRANSACTIONAL MQ URLS WITH DYNAMIC DESTINATIONS SHARE AN MQ QMGR, RESTARTS MIGHT OCCUR
I just picked these out of the 3.8.1.x fix list (link Hermann gave). Getting kicked out to the login prompt would suggest a reload of the firmware and if it is mq related that is what I looked for in the fix list.
I am really surprised you have not ran into any of the other apars like the close-wait connection issue or the failed to deliver messages, I seem to recall a number of clients running into those apars back in the day.
I hope this helps.
