I faced strange issue first time. For one of the service I have changed the Queue manager name and applied and saved now I tried to open the probe suddenly its thrown login page and again logged in i didnt see any service all are vanished.
1. Domain is restarted but no luck.
2. Device restarted but no luck
Firmware version 3.8.0
Please help some body how to get these configuration back

you are on 22.214.171.124 -- but support for 3.8.1 firmware ended on 2012/12/31:
If you/your company has bought extended support, you still have support for that time.
Otherwise you cannot even create a PMR.
So assuming that you do not have bought extended support for 3.8.1 firmware, what can you do?
1) upgrade to the latest 3.8.1 firmware, which is 126.96.36.199.
You should not have been that backlevel, and many APARs have been fixed in the 20 fixpacks after yours.
2) upgrade to a supported firmware release (3.8.2 at least, which has end of service 09/30/2013), better 4.0. or 5.0.0 firmware

I just picked these out of the 3.8.1.x fix list (link Hermann gave). Getting kicked out to the login prompt would suggest a reload of the firmware and if it is mq related that is what I looked for in the fix list.
I am really surprised you have not ran into any of the other apars like the close-wait connection issue or the failed to deliver messages, I seem to recall a number of clients running into those apars back in the day.
