In our solution, we implemented the narrative feature to dynamically change the subject and the description of the following tasks, and it works just as intended for the task owner.
What's happening is that, when the user completes the inital task, it always sends a help request to a specific user, but in Help Request inbox in Process Portal, the subject name of the task does not use the narrative values as it uses for the task owner.
Do you guys know if it is possible to change the subject name of help requests?
