Hi all,

I'm setting up a new V7000 system.
I have created the cluster with the USB stick, checked the stick afterwards for the results file, that was fine. I can ping the cluster IP and when I browse to the UI I am presented with the login page just fine.

However when I login with the default credentials I am presented with a blank page whilst the system tries to run EZ-Setup (thats displayed in the URL anyway). If I have a look at the developer console I can see a lot of CSS errors and one "xhrFailed" in "dojo.js".

I have tried with IE (various versions), Firefox (various versions) and Chrome (latest version), nothing works.

Anyone else seen this behaviour ?? Any suggestions ?
As this is a new system there is no config, so a destructive factory reset to try and solve this should not be a problem if anyone would care to give me some guidelines, ...

    Hi Tom,

    what is your code version?
    Check if you are not hitting known issue with browser locale..

      Thank you sir, that was indeed the issue !!
      I didn't know the code version (just racked the system), turns out it's v6.4.1.1.
