Pinned topic Processor time of a process that RPT monitors never exceeds 100

‏2013-01-10T04:31:48Z |

When doing measurements, we monitor process' processor time (eg. monitor many java processes cpu time to understand their performance).
The actual CPU utilitization for certain process is then calculated using the following formula:

cpu% = processor time monitored / # of CPU cores
For Example:
If one of the monitored java process's processor time is 160, and we have a 16 core CPU, then the actual CPU utilization is 160/16 = 10%

However, when we use RPT 8.3.0 to monitor, the processor time of the processes never go up to 100. Please see the attached files.
Any inputs on this please ?

Thanks in advance
