    hi MK,

Let me try to put in simple words,

XML : It is a message format to exchange information / data.

MPG (Multiprotocal Gateway): It is a type of service created on datapower which can do any-to-any transformation and protocol translation.

WSP ( Webservice Proxy ): It is an automatic configuration (proxy service) created on datapower by reading one or more WSDL.
    Hope this help!!

    Thanks,
    Vikaas
