‏2013-01-08T10:21:38Z |
Hi!

I have an bladecenter s , mt 8886

I receive this error:
in AMM, System status indicates:
"An error on I/O Module 3 was detected"
"An error on I/O Module 4 was detected"
and all blades lost connection to both storage modules
(hard disk from storage module don not appear on the blade server)

In AMM from IO Module task, from admin/power/restart,
I restart module 3 and module 4
and after restart
System status indicates "System is operating normally. All monitored parameters are OK."
but connection from all blades server to both storage module is not present again
(hard disk from storage module don not appear on the blade server)
Affter 2-3 minutes
System status indicates again:
An error on I/O Module 3 was detected
An error on I/O Module 4 was detected

I atached AMM service data.

Any solutions ?

Thanks!

    You zones have been defaulted.

***** SAS ZONE GROUP DEFINITIONS - IOM SLOT [3] *****

    Zone Cfg Type (1 - Configurable; 2 Canned) = 1.
    Zone Number = 1.
    Active Zone (0-Not Act; 1-Act; 2-Pend) = 0.

    Reapply your zone configuration.

Login to the AMM web interface.  Storage Tasks, Zone Configuration.  Reapply the one your zone.  You can also do it from the command line with zoneconfig apply X where X is the zone you are using.
