I have a table T1 with 3 columns - ID, VAL1 AND VAL2. ID is not unique. Sample entries of the table:
ID VAL1 VAL2
1 11 12
2 13 15
1 33 34
I created an Enterprise View for table T1. ID was selected as a non-unique key. I created a Data Provider Definition and a Data Provider Definition - Real Time (ID was selected as a non-unique key)
I created a modeler stream which has an enterprise view node reading the values of table T1. Then I deployed the stream and clicked on Configure Scoring.
I selected "Use Data Provider". But when I try to select the table, I get the error message:
"Get real-time dpd input description failed. Reason: No valid tables found in specified Data Provider Definition"
This error goes off if I make ID as unique key - but ID is not unique in my case.
How do I get past this error ?
I am trying to do a scoring where in I give an ID and get back all rows corresponding to that ID.
My modeler version is 14.2. DB2 version is 9.7 and C&DS version is 4.2.1

Re: SPSS C&DS 4.2.1 Using non unique keys in real time data provider definition2013-01-15T19:58:12Z in response to SystemAdminHi - If you could upgrade to C&DS 5 where we introduce support for multiple input records for a scoring configuration, you would be able to do this. I gather you are getting some potential workarounds for 4.2.1 on the C&DS forum?
