I am stuck with the following problem. I need to introduce setup time between activities and I think stateFunction is a proper way to do it (the setup duration depends on the type of activities between which this setup takes place). However, setups in my task require resources and, moreover, they cost money. In that sense, they are interval variables rather than just a transition matrix.
As for now, I cannot understand, how accomplish it in a proper and fast way. Any ideas?

The model will depend on the type of constraint between your original activities. Do they execute on a unary resource that can process only one activity at a time (so that activities cannot overlap on the resource) ? Or can they be executed simultaneously on the resource (provided they are of the same type) ?
