1- jQuery is part of every Worklight Application, even if you don't use it.
2- QUnit does not depend on jQuery.
"QUnit was originally developed by John Resig as part of jQuery. ... now QUnit runs completely standalone."
From the History section here: http://qunitjs.com/
3- There's no jQuery-specific syntax involved in writing tests. "QUnit's assertion methods follow the CommonJS Unit Testing specification" (http://wiki.commonjs.org/wiki/Unit_Testing/1.0)

Re: Unit Testing on dojox.mobile applications2013-01-07T14:38:34Z in response to WJK1_Barani_RamakrishnanHi,
You can use DOH (Dojo Objective Harness), as far as I know this works inside Worklight apps. See http://dojotoolkit.org/reference-guide/1.8/util/doh.html. DOH Robot will not work out of the box though, so you can't test user interactions.
