Pinned topic How can I view matched signatures in the web UI

‏2013-01-04T11:17:48Z |
Hi,

According to v7.5 FP1, one of the enhancements introduced is the possibility to view matched signatures in the web UI, but i can't find this information on the UI.
Where is it available?

Regards,
Nuno

    Hi,
unfortunately you can not view such information in ILMT Web UI.
There is another way to extract signature's data.
You can use ILMT database view called CUSTOM.INSTALLED_OFFERING_SIGNATURE_DETAILS_V.

    More information can be found:

Why is this included in the enhancements if it is not true?

Viewing matched signatures in the web UI
Signatures that were matched for a particular product are now reported
along with the component in the instances table. The information can be
used to easily determine why the product was detected.

It's appeared that the feature was delivered for Tivoli Asset Discovery for Distributed (IBM IT Asset Management paid offering).
ILMT ID Team is working to fix the issue and publish new version of document with the proper content.

        Sorry for the inconvenience.
