I cannot connect to the BPM /SOA Sandbox since yesterday. Citrix Receiver says that it cannot connect to IP address 10.0.41.140. I tried it from different networks with different machines. Last Friday it still worked. Can anyone please fix this?

I didn't post a screenshot, since it is displayed in german. But I'll attach it now. Maybe anyone understands it. In the FAQs I dont find a matching case.
