I have a requirement that when i will create a new asset, i have to check whether the assetnum value(which is auto populated)is present in a different custom table or not. If it is present then i have to save the assetnum value in a different custom attribute...
i am just wandering if this can be achieved by autoscript or any way out there...
any help appriciated....

I think we can achieve this requirement via Atuomation Scripts in maximo 7.5.In Automation scripts we need to create Atribut launch point .
