I'd like to read the SPSS manuals on my iPhone and iPad but the PDF's are hardly readable, particularly on the iPhone. I tried Calibre to transform them to ePub, but got awkward results. Are the manuals available in ePub from IBM?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Manuals in ePub format2012-12-31T04:58:53Z in response to SystemAdminTry http://download.cnet.com/PDFMate-PDF-Converter/3000-18497_4-75688260.html - this is the latest version 1.6 (which it says is free with a $ upgrade - not sure if there are limitations). This is for version 1 (free) http://download.cnet.com/PDFMate-Free-PDF-Converter/3000-18497_4-12474559.html which has a good user comment about converting to epub.
Re: Manuals in ePub format2012-12-31T13:53:27Z in response to scouserantroThanks for the hints. Any tool IBM uses to create product materials must be approved by IBM Legal as there may be terms that have to be respected. In this particular case, the tool is restricted to noncommercial use unless additional permission is granted. But it appears that there would be no problem with a user making an ePub document for themselves by using it. But I'll pass along the references.

Re: Manuals in ePub format2012-12-31T15:55:50Z in response to Kees_RTI appreciate the legalese reservation.
The suggested tool didn't convert the SPSS manual correctly though. Same problem as with Calibre:
Broken lines and in the TOC wrongly right adjusted pagenumbers.
