Pinned topic Not Reporting

‏2012-12-27T14:31:05Z |
We're seeing many devices across our implementation with status of <Not Reported> on some properties whilst reporting on others. So devices that report back on some asset properties or installed Apps have not reported on others. These devices are reporting back regularly with most going through different relays but some (including mine) going direct to the server. I've forced a refresh on some of the devices (including mine) but no joy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards

Take a look at the following article. Maybe it will help?

Thanks for the suggestion but still no joy. Ran the utility & issued manual refresh but still have many instances of <not reporting> . Cant see anything wrong with the db.

Beyond the KB article your quickest fix will probably be to open a support request. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

A broken WMI database on the client can also cause this for properties that are pulled from WMI.
