Can I use DB2 Advanced Enterprise Server Edition 9.7. FP7 for repository database of OPM 5.2.0?
Detailed system requirements report for OPM 5.2.0 shows DB2 ESE only.

yes, you can use DB2 AESE V9.7 as repository database, but the question is why you want to do it. The DB2 AESE package includes Optim Performance Manager and a DB2 limited use ESE license for the repository database. I would use the limited use ESE license for the repository database instead of spending one AESE license for the repository database. Since the AESE licenses are the licenses that you pay they are supposed to be used for your production/test databases that you want to monitor with Optim Performance Manager.
