You most likely have a MegaRAID controller and need to use MegaRAID Storage Manger instead. ServeRAID Manager 9.x is for ServeRAID 8i/8k/8s controllers only.

You can find the software here based on your controller type:

    IBM ServeRAID software matrix

    or, for MegaRAID Manager:

MegaRAID Storage Management (MSM) Application v12.05.03.00 for Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 - IBM BladeCenter, PureFlex System and System x

    Hi there!
    MegaRAID was the correct solution.
    Thank you very much.

One more "funny" comment about selecting the right tool for RAID's arrays.
In MegaRAID Storage Manager under Physical tab server it shows:
    ServeRAID M1015 SAS/SATA Controller

If there is a word: "ServeRAID" I would expect managing arrays with ServeRAID tool and not MegaRAID, well a little bit confusing for a user?

    with best regards,

No argument on the confusion aspect. Largely has to do with the change in branded hardware, requiring specific software. (Adaptec vs. LSI)

Easiest way to denote a MegaRAID controller is by the controller name. Anything "ServeRAID-M" is a MegaRAID controller, requiring the MegaRAID Storage Manager application.

Now that you have the matrix you can refer to that as well.

    Regards..
