Hi to all,
my customer have a couple of SAN24B-4 and one of them is reporting a problem, witch is consistent in date and time with some problems they have in his SAN:
this is the log entry:
Information Processor rebooted - Reset Chassis 490 1 HAM-1004
the firmware is 6.0.4C and the unit is out of warranty by a month...
any experience outhere ?

A couple of days ago we were able to remove the switch from the client's facility for better troubleshooting.
here goes the supportshow information.
I'll be upgrading the firmware asap and put it on test for some weeks.
