Is there anyway to know username and password of connected database.like,I am able to connect database using implicit credentials but i dont know username and password of it and i have requirement of it.

By: 'implicit credentials' I assume you mean you aren't providing a UID & PWD explicitly so DB2 is simply picking up the logged on UID & PWD? Identifying the UID is simple as it will be reported in the 'SQL authorization ID' field in the connection notification:
Database Connection Information
Database server = DB2/AIX64 9.7.6
SQL authorization ID = DB297 <<===
Local database alias = SAMPLE
Finding the PWD is more troublesome. By default we use the host OS to store the UID & PWD and make OS API calls to authenticate the UID & PWD. You may need to talk to the SYSADMINs.

You can check the CURRENT USER special register to get the the authorization ID that is being used and check if that is valid for you.
Regarding the password, I am afraid that you will not be able to see it.
