I use for all source code and include containers the CBS scanning options "Compiler with enhanced INCLUDE support".
The scanning option is described with the following behaviour:
Compiler scanner: The two concatenation sets that you specify are combined for all include statement processing; the SQL concatenation set is first.
My problem is caused that the above statement is not working, my concatenation sets of GLOBSQL and GLOBPLI are not combined = concatenated. The not found includes e. g. DB2ERROR and UDBFILE are included in the source code with "EXEC SQL INCLUDE <incname>;" statements and are stored in the container DA.P.PLIINCL which is a container only in the concat set GLOBPLI.
Only when I add the container DA.P.PLIINCL to the concat set GLOBSQL the scanning completes without errorrs. The concat set GLOBPLI (with container DA.P.PLIINCL) is not in the search order after the concat set GLOBSQL.
A temporary fix is welcome.
I sent this problem via email directly to jcdelmo but got no response.
Request for enhancement:
Also it would be very helpful if in the Program details screen the list of Included files would also contain all the include names of the "EXEC SQL INCLUDE <incname>;" statements.
