Good afternoon! When accessing the tutorials on the Welcome Guide, we get the following error:
"The configuration area at 'C:\Users\Administrator\SAHelp' could not be created. Please choose a writable location using the '-configuration' command line option."
I haven't had any luck tracking down a) why this error comes up in the first place (was something installed wrong in the first place?), and b) how to 'choose a writable location using the '-configuration' command line option'.
Thanks for any suggestions,

Re: Errors Using System Architect Help2013-01-16T14:29:40Z in response to SystemAdminFYI, I have researched this issue further, and it appears to be related to the Eclipse platform that serves up the help files to the user, rather than System Architect itself. However, I still do not know how to resolve the issue so the question remains unanswered for now.
