Some time earlier,we have installed (manually) IBM IM 1.5.0 and CC/CQ/CCRC 188.8.131.52 one of the user machine (windows XP 64 bit). The user machine also got some reference of Old Installation Manager 184.108.40.206 in Add/Remove Programs.
Now we are planning to upgrade IBM IM to 1.5.3 and also to upgrade CC/CQ/CCRC 220.127.116.11. We tried to automate it using the imcl utility, but imcl isn't starting properly.
Now I guess we need to uninstall old IBM IM 18.104.22.168 properly. Could you please let me know how to uninstall old IBM IM 22.214.171.124 safely?
Thanks in advance.
