We have a web application EUS (Enterprise underwriting system), that was built on .net framework 1.1.
Server configuration : windows server 2003 SP2
DB2 client version : 220.127.116.11
Websphere MQ client version : 18.104.22.168
EUS code(Build in microsoft Visual studio 2003) has the the both dll in the bin folder
IBM.Data.DB2.dll (Product version : 8.1.2)
amqmdnet.dll(Product version : 22.214.171.124)
Now Client requirement is to change the server configuration to
.net framework 4.0
Server configuration : windows server 2003 SP2 (will remain same)
DB2 client version : 126.96.36.199
Websphere MQ client version : 188.8.131.52
(EUS code needs to be Build in microsoft Visual studio 2010)
IBM.Data.DB2.dll (Product version : 184.108.40.206)
amqmdnet.dll(Product version : 220.127.116.11)
We have compile the code with new dll's and deploy to the server...and evertyhing is fine
but now client is asking for the "not being dependent on db2 and mq dll"...i.e. if mq/db2 client on windows server changes, we don't need to build and deploy the code again.
Can you suggest any way to do this, without compiling the code ?
