Pinned topic Can not find new added user name in Owner list

Hello,

I use ClearQuest user adminitration add a new user but I can not find it in Report Defect Owner list. Would you please help it?

    Thanks Pavel. I did upgrading user database but the new user name still is not shown on the owner list of defect. Is there static list to do that?

    You need to check your schema. In particular, choice list for the field in question.
