Pinned topic 2 ServerLocations for TEC Connection

‏2012-12-06T16:06:01Z |
Hello,

we got a good hint for a Failover Config of TEC Connection of TSA MP:
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=463265&tstart=0

Now, we thought, that this Failover Configuration could also be useful for the TSA Application Manager TEC connection.

So, we inserted all parms we used for MP in the TECPublisher.conf file on the Application Manager WAS under:
"Queue connection factories" > "TECQueueConnectionFactory" > "Custom properties"

and it works!

Regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas - this is great news. Have you also thought of keeping the TEC Server HA with TSAMP ? The you would only have one virtual IP address to configure with TSA AppMan.

    Greetings,

    Josi.

    Hi Josi,

we are using the TEC Connection, but it's connected to BMC BPPM. I'm not sure, but I think the HA functionality is provided by the product itself.

    Cheers,
