Pinned topic Servlet (Websphere) will try a SSL Connecten to server - no keystore found

‏2012-12-06T14:53:13Z |
Hello,

ich wrote a servlet(client) and deployed it to WAS 7.0.0.11. The servlet should establish a SSL connection to a java application (server). Now i reseive an error in SystemOut.log:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: com.ibm.jsse2.util.g: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

This problem is only in servlet, a test application also written in java works fine. I us an self created certificate and pushed it i a file store.jks. In init()-function:

System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStore",
context.getRealPath("WEB-INF/" + realPathtoTruststore));
System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword", "secret");
It is impossible to use a own truststore dynamically?

Thanks and regards
