I'm getting the following error:

Check Agents Failed
I'm using RPT v8.3.0 to connect to RAC v8.3.5. I've run ./ACStart.sh successfully on both agents, but for some reason, my workbench cannot connect to them. When I try doing a "Test Connection" on either Agent Machine, it returns "Connection success."
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong, or what I can do to get more debug information?
