Pinned topic Agent not ready errors

‏2012-12-04T14:26:28Z |
I'm getting the following error:

!ENTRY com.ibm.rational.test.lt.execution.ui 2 0 2012-12-04 08:17:35.812
!MESSAGE RPTI0009W Test run aborted due to error.
com.ibm.rational.test.lt.execution.rac.TestLaunchException: Agent neo01.rchland.ibm.com not ready, time of last contact: No successful contact
Agent neo02.rchland.ibm.com not ready, time of last contact: No successful contact

Check Agents Failed
at com.ibm.rational.test.common.schedule.execution.rac.ScheduleExecutorStub.runTest(ScheduleExecutorStub.java:1401)
at com.ibm.rational.test.lt.execution.ui.controllers.ExecutionController$2.run(ExecutionController.java:1136)

I'm using RPT v8.3.0 to connect to RAC v8.3.5. I've run ./ACStart.sh successfully on both agents, but for some reason, my workbench cannot connect to them. When I try doing a "Test Connection" on either Agent Machine, it returns "Connection success."

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong, or what I can do to get more debug information?

As of version 8.3 the RAC can no longer be used for generating load. The Load Generation Agent option must be installed to use the remote machine as a load generating agent.

I was able to run my schedule using the load generator. For more information, see the following page Link: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/rpthelp/v8r3m0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.rational.test.lt.doc%2Ftopics%2Fc_work_agents.html
