Hi,
i have created many active reports and none of my active reports are running in ipad, but i can able to run sample active reports from other website. Please help me on this, struggling for more than a week on this.

    Hi,

    I would be helpfull if you can say more about your environment i.e what version of IBM Cognos do you have?
    What version of Cognos mobile do you have? Are you able to log in into your report server? What kind of error do you see?

      thanks for your reply.
      my ipad ios version is 5.1.1
      cognos mobile client in ipad is 10.2.0.0.2
      server version is 10.1.1
      i can able to run and view normal reports in my ipad but not any active reports (even able to see sample active reports from ibm website)
      not doing any login, allowing anonymous/everyone..
      Please help me on this.

      Even for small/empty active reports it says "your report is ready and will download to your web browser in a few moments." but nothing happens, report is not opening..
