Pinned topic Export Data after report generation issue?

Hi, I've selected the generate report and then get the report successfully, and then I want to export the raw data to xls/csv file by clicking the export Data button, but next I cannot select anything in the export format... so I cannot export the data successfully , is it a bug or I have some settings mistake?

    Hi Tom,
    Sorry for the late response.

    As you would have noticed, the dropdown is from BIRT report viewer plugin and not application code. The problem seems to be related to plugin packaging. Need to take a closer look.

    I had the same question related to the download to an XLS format. Looking forward to update on options to export data.

    Being able to export the data would be nice. Any luck on getting this one fixed?

    Also, not sure if this capability exists but it would be nice to be able to export records (runs) to be imported into another PTT install for viewing. For example, an admin might need to run the tool on behalf of client (due to access/security restrictions) and would like to share that record with the client so they could view it in the same tool.

    when downloading the attachment "attachment_14972645_data_transfer.zip" I only receive an empty  zip-file.

    What´s going wrong ?
