We are trying to load the "Contents and Index (F1)" from HELP on Rational Doors Version 22.214.171.124 and it is taking too long time to respond.
When we tried to open the URL manually in the internet explorer it is opening fine, without any delay . The local help is also working fine, when we enable it.
But the only problem is with the URL.
I need the HELP file to be loaded as normal without any delay from the Help extension via the URL.(as per the screen shot)
Is there any way to improve the time in response for the help file through the URL.
