I have service tree created with rules stating as:
Critical Severity- Bad
Minor Severity- Marginal
Clear Severity- Good
I got 3 Minor severity alerts and my service view status changed to Marginal(Yellow color).
After 3 hours, I got Critical severity alert. however my service view status still showing as Marginal(Yellow color). Ideally it should change its status to critical(Red).
When I clicked on service view, its showing me both minor alerts as well as critical alerts.
Could someone suggest me where I might have made mistake.

I'd start by verifying the event fields match what your rule expects. (BSM_Identity, Class, etc.) Check the RAD_* fields to see if they were updated.

Yes my critical event did match the rule correctly. When I click on affected service view, it shows me both marginal and critical alert. RAD_* fields are also updated.
