We have an instance we've created that we KNOW we have a valid key pair for. But we are having trouble connecting to the instance (using Putty). We CAN connect directly using Notes via the instance's IP address, and via a browser.
The error we are getting is:
Disconnected: No supported authentication method available(server sent: public key, gssapi-with-mic
Then Putty comes back Server refused our key.
The odd thing is that we have an existing instance that is connected, using the same keys.
It has this information in /var/log/messages:
Nov 28 15:31:42 vhost0045 : error getting update info: certificate verify failed
Nov 28 16:31:42 vhost0045 : error getting update info: certificate verify failed
yum update yields this:
M2Crypto.SSL.SSLError: certificate verify failed
We are getting a similar error using WinSCP,
Anyone have an idea what to do?
