Pinned topic gautodetect.pl is not installed
I've got a IBM® InfoSphere™ Guardium® Version 9.0 installed.
I'm trying to do a DB Discovery using the following procedure:
Select Tools > Config & Control > Auto-discovery Configuration.
But, when I click "Auto-Discovery Configuration" a prompt appears with the following message:
gautodetect.pl is not installed. Please contact your system administrator to install the ad-hoc patch from the CLI
What could be?

This is the accepted answer.Hi, you need to first install the InfoSphere_Guardium_DB_Discovery_Activation_Patch_9.0 to add auto-detect (DB Discovery) functionality, install the gauto-detect component from a patch and then enable the feature, you can download it from passport advantage if you or your client have an account there.

I have already downloaded the patch.
What are the steps of installing it?
