Hi i am new to DB2, when i m trying to add a user i m getting a warning

"SQL22204N The DB2 Administration Server encountered a non-severe error while executing a request.
No users or groups will be listed. However, you can still add known users or groups."

even if i add user manually, i m able to connect with db but not able to access tables.

similarly i cant create schema, when i try to create i m getting error like

"SQL22204N The DB2 Administration Server encountered a non-severe
error while executing a request.

Explanation:
A non-severe error occurred in the DB2 Administration Server while it
was processing a request.

User response:
Refer to the DB2 Administration Server's First Failure Data Capture Log
for additional information.
If trace was active, invoke the Independent Trace Facility at the
operating system command prompt. Contact IBM Support with the following
required information:

* Problem description
