I have a WPS6.2 deployed in an environment. I need to redeploy an app but it currently has more than 10,000 Running process instances in the Business Process Choreographer.
Is there a way to actually delete all of them quickly? I am currently terminating then deleting them via the Business Process Choreographer by batches of 500. I'm afraid that if I did more, my server will run out of memory.

This is the accepted answer. If you are un-installing the app and re-installing it, you can use the IBM provided jacl script with a "force" option. This will delete all process and task instances associated with the templates in the application.
opt/IBM/WebSphere/ProcServer/ProcessChoreographer/admin/bpcTemplates.jacl -lang jacl -uninstall $appName -force
