Pinned topic AIX 5.3 and host-resources-mib in SNMP

I am unable to get any information from the HOST-RESOURCES-MIB using SNMP on an AIX 5.3 server at a client site. All that happens is that the command promtp is returned immediately. The config in the /etc/snmpdv3.conf is:

The information in HOST-RESOURCES-MIB is required so that we can monitor this server for the client remotely. At present I am just testing locally on the server, hence the loopback address for my community.
