I am using WPF 7.0.0.I have added one check box Builder On the my HTML Page. If I check the source code for the
page by view Source option . I can see that it is adding one hidden field with the checkbox id.
The generated code is coming as follows:
<INPUT type="checkbox" name="cb_searchCount" id="checkBox_0prm_00215ui_00215UsageReportUI_0051513b176ead19_00515259_1" onClick="var _el = document.getElementById
('checkBox_0prm_00215ui_00215UsageReportUI_0051513b176ead19_00515259_1_wrapper'); if (this.checked) _el.value='true';else _el.value='false'; if (_el.onchange) _el.onchange()"/>
<label for="checkBox_0prm_00215ui_00215UsageReportUI_0051513b176ead19_00515259_1"> Individual count required</label>
<input type="hidden" value='null' name="searchCount" id='checkBox_0prm_00215ui_00215UsageReportUI_0051513b176ead19_00515259_1_wrapper'>
Can anyone plese guide me If can remove this dynamic code by any chance As it is added by WPF enviornment. It is giving me Complinace error.

Re: Isssue in Checkbox default code2012-11-26T02:30:42Z in response to ShikharaniI believe that builder uses the hidden input to get it to submit a value whether or not the checkbox is checked. Removing that hidden input would likely confuse what the builder is trying to do for you, so it doesn't seem like a good idea to do that.
Can you describe what you mean by a hidden input causing a compliance error?
If you have to, you could make the text input a checkbox type yourself (eg, custom builder or attribute setter builder), but then you may not get the functionality where it submits the value when it's unchecked.
I hope that info helps,
