This is the accepted answer.To migrate data model (not data base) from Oracle to DB2, you can use the Data Model Import Wizard. If the data model is an ERwin or PowerDesigner model, for example, the import is enabled by default. If the data model is meant to be the database metadata, you can change the value of enabled to 'True' in the following in the MIRModelBridges.xml file:

<DisplayName id='' enabled='True'>Oracle Database (via JDBC)</DisplayName>
You can select any supported DB2 version as the Target database.
