I am executing a list table command on XMETA DB and got the result like this...
*bold*db2 list tables for schema XMETA | head*bold*

here as u can see here, I am not able see the whole table name.
Is there another way by which I can increase the column size ?

Just query the catalog view SYSCAT.TABLES :
db2 "select TABNAME, TABSCHEMA, TYPE, CREATE_TIME from SYSCAT.TABLES where TABSCHEMA='XMETA'"
