Have an interesting one. I have had bigfix for years now, but we have never used web reports. I went to go try it for the first time today and found out that although the service is installed, and running, it cannot find the web page. It says the directory C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ folder does not contain anything named webreports. Doing a search on the server did not help either, its as if the files do not exist.
Sounds like an IIS configuration issue maybee? Do I need to reinstall server?

Stop the IIS service (World Wide Web Publishing Service) to test.
