Pinned topic Using HTTP adapter to retrieve XML from a Webservice

‏2012-11-15T15:11:52Z |
Hello,

We are currently implementing an interface that is expected to pass parameter to a webservice and receive a XML in return. This is something we haven't done before, so need some pointers.

We were able to use the HTTP adapter and execute a simple call to a webservice that returns a text

GET("HTTP", "-METHOD GET -TV -URL http://XXXX/XXXX/getxxxx?mrn=12345")

When we use the same method to retrieve an XML it errors out.

GET("HTTP", "-METHOD GET -TV -URL http://XXXXX/XXXXX/getSummary?xxxx=5042149&xxxxDate=2012-10-19&xxxxTime=13:00:00")

More details below.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks!
