im new to IBM WebSphere MQ Explorer. i have created some queue manager, queues, channels on Machine1, now i want to create a same set of items on Machine2 so, instead of creating one by one, i think about Export Queue from Machine1 to Import Machine2.
so, there is a option called Import and Export but, i dont know how to operate it and how to export & import queue manager, queues, channels.
Experts please guide me.
Thanks in advance.

Re: IBM WebSphere MQ Explorer Version: 126.96.36.199 Export/Import Queue2012-11-15T13:47:16Z in response to SystemAdminThe Import/Export menu can be used for importing/exporting IBM WebSphere MQ Explorer settings. It can't be used for exporting/importing the queue manager and objects in queue manager. Instead you can use MS03 SupportPac to save definitions to file and use it to recreate the objects in another queue manager. It's recommended that on machine 2 you create a queue manager with a different name.
Here is the link to MS03: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24000673. After saving the definitions you can use the "runmqsc" command to recreate definitions.
