Im facing the following issue. Some Agents Im unable to discover them (DCOM, SSH or CAS) although via telnet the communication is working (from the ISD to the Agent and vice versa) confirming the communication (SSH port 22 or CAS port 9510 for example) is working, but in the console the Discovery (a normal one) shows nothing.
The Agent version used is 6.2.1 and the ISD are 188.8.131.52 and 6.3.1. All Systems are Windows 2003 or 2008.

Are you able to discover the system (using the IP address) but when you look at the inventory of that system it does not show an agent installed?
Is the managed endpoint (the target system) have a common agent or platform agent?
